Statement skirts seem to be a hot trend this season
(More tomorrow!) and this Givenchy skirt* is no exception. That cut out is bound to turn heads! Yet there is a seriousness about it (the color and laser-like precision of the cut ) that calls for a "no frills" approach. All this skirt needs, is to be paired with quiet yet chic and timeless pieces and you're done.
* Sidenote: If you're loving the skirt, but would rather make a less pricey statement, keep an eye out for this skirt at H&M. I know that it's in stores now, but I haven't seen it on their website yet. I'm not sure of the price either, but I think it's safe to say that it's lower than the Givenchy. ;-P
