I was really hoping that it wouldn't have to come to this... So it's with pain in my heart that I have to tell you, that I will be taking a break from Style The Luxe. I've given it a lot, a lot of thought, but for now this seems to be the best option. I truly apologize to regular Style The Luxe readers for this unexpected break.
I just need to take a step back, catch my breath, reevaluate my life and regroup.
This is not permanent break though, I intend to be back soon... better and stronger with fresh new content for you. :)
In the mean time, be blessed!
One of this Spring's hot buys is definitely Rayban's mirrored aviators. Available aqua, yellow and blue, I have to admit they're pretty hot. The €160 price tag isn't too shocking either. At €275 Celine's offering is a bit pricier, but not so bad as to put me off. Honestly, if I had to decide between the two, I wouldn't which to pick. Luckily now I don't have to, because these lovelies I found at Mango today are a perfect mix of the two and a fraction of the cost at just €18. Get them here!
I've heard some feminists argue that women shouldn't wear pastels, because it makes us look soft, weak even. I for one don't take too kindly to any one, even feminists, telling what I can and cannot wear. I say a real woman knows that she doesn't have to be hard or loud every minute of every day to be taken seriously. I say any strong woman worth her salt, wears whatever she damned well pleases! And I felt like going pink today. :)

I own 3 pairs of boyfriend jeans and besides that fact that maybe I need to stop buying jeans this also proves that I really like, no no LOVE, boyfriend jeans. I wear them with flats, with heels, with sneakers, with sandals. I wear them t-shirts and blouses, with jackets and blazers. And I'm still not tired of them. They are so comfy and versatile, I had to bring them back for today's casual look. The idea for the styling was to create a really feminine looking outfit that was still very comfortable and casual. These Nine West sandals (which by the way are also gorgeous in black) are perfect for getting that balance just right and so is this leather waterfall jacket from Oasis. The pinky nude color is soft and feminine while the leather it's self adds casual edginess.
